Creative Thinking
personally, I think creative thinking is very important. without it, we'll still be apes right now, scrounging for food to no avail. the first step to what we are today, in my opinion, was the discovery of fire. that allowed us to cook foods, and warm ourselves up.
being creative is fun as well. developing ideas, writing them down, or drawing them makes it even more fun.
NOW, MY DAY!!
first day back in school...i was so reluctant to go. i had to do my math test during lunch time, and it took me the whole period. by the time i was almost finished checking, molly, daniel, and nolan already came into the class (i have math before lunch, then science after lunch haha). i quickly went back to my locker and got my science and lunch after i finished my test and rushed back into the classroom. while ms hu was writing notes on the overhead, i was busy eating. i copied tho. ms. hu didnt seem to mind that i was eating.
oooh want more pictures of lee jun ki?? hes hot, cute, and funny; sexy, mignon, et drole; yuumei, kirei, omoshiroi, ya tanoshii desu. 3 languages!! muhahahahaha. add chinese. umm maybe not. i dont noe how to say hot in chinese...then again, i dont noe any swear words in chinese either. except shut up.
well, heres a picture...so cute... but i wonder if this is really him.

i went to an all-you-can-eat buffet today for lunch. it was okay...but i didnt eat much cuz i was already full. i watched more interviews of lee jun ki, and i found out that he is a good cook!! he almost took his cooking license before he became an actor. well, he wouldnt be famous of he became a cook, and i wouldnt noe him... im glad he didnt become a cook.
those earrings of his turned out to be a gift from his grandmother, whom he cherishes. awww. and he says he'll never take them off, no matter what he's filming. i remember seeing those earrings during my girl, but i thought he took them off during the king and the clown... well, its too late to check. i should really prepare for tomorrow. i really wish there was another week, or even one more a day, to spring break.

NOOOOOOO TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF SPRINGBREAK (to me, anyways), cuz to me, break means i could do whatever i want. my parents i'll keep track of what i do during the weekend. i wont be able to search up lee jun ki anymore!!! anyways, i watched all of his music videos already. theres the anystar one, grace, sweetie, and something else, i think. n i watched so many of his commercials. i think i watched all of them, but i can never be sure. theres 3 about pomegrate juice, a few about a samsung cellphone, and one with kotex (ewww). but i watched it nonetheless. i especially enjoyed watching the ones about the cellphone. there was one in which he looked so sexy :P. its like saying "if you buy this cellphone, you'll be as sexy as me." u should soo see it. ooh the link!! i'll give u the link. http://youtube.com/watch?v=CJvJYvWfBLk its 20 seconds long.

i even watched all the interviews i could find, even the ones that arent subbed english or chinese. well, the one in japanese was soo much better than the ones in korean. but lee jun ki's korean. i could actually understand a few words here and there, and occasionally, a sentence (for japanese), but for korean, i have no idea what they talk about.
as for movies, i watched fly daddy fly and the king and the clown. it turns out i missed 90% of the 5th / 6 parts of the movie. no wonder i was confused when i watched the last part. another thing that i watched is my girl, as i talked about before. that was a good drama. humourous, and romantic. well, lee jun ki doesnt isnt one of the main characters in it, but he plays the supporting role :D.
ooh did i mention that i now have 210 pictures of lee jun ki??? i especially like the one where he holds his blowdryer the way a gun is held. its like "stay back, or im gonna blow you down." :D haha. theres also one with him reading harry potter and the half blood prince. i'll show them to you.

and i really like this picture cuz he smiles in such an unique way.

hahaha im so obsessed with lee jun ki right now!! i saved around 80 pics of him, and watched so many videos with him in it. karen and i went swimming this evening, and all we did was talk about lee jun ki (and swim) haha.
we were thinking of writing of writing a love letter to him in english, chinese, japanese, french, and korean. i noe how to form basic sentences in japanese, and as for french, i think i can write okay. im okay at chinese too, besides, we can get angela to edit it. the only thing we're worried about is korean. i noe absolutely nothing about korean whatsoever. the only thing i actually know is how to write lee jun ki's name. haha. well, we were thinking of asking a korean guy in our strings class, or christie, to write it for us. still, its a love letter. it'll be really weird. then again, they can write whatever they want or add whatever they want in the letter and we wont noe. ah well, knowing english, chinese, japanese, and french is good enough.
Oreii wa suki dai yo, Lee Jun Ki. Anata wa totemo hansomu ya kawaii desu. :D. Anata no me wa totemo kireii desu, sorekara, anata no eiga wa omoroshii desu.
Thats about the extent of my japanese, if u can read that. well, i can always write more, but the sentences will still be so basic.

i bascially got nothing done today. well, i finished the move "the king and the clown", and watched a bit of another korean soap opera. LEE JUN KI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HES SOOO HOT!!!!! tho hes not really good-looking. well, everything about him is really perfect except his slitty eyes. they're just japanese-looking, thats all. BUT HES SOOO COOL!!!!!! i left a comment on youtube saying will you marry me, lee jun ki. ahahahahahah. i didnt mean that, but hes still hot. hes sings good too. he has an album, which consists of only 3 songs: foolish love, only one word, and don't know love. they aree sooo good!!! well, thats probably only because hes the person singing it.
in the king and the clown, lee jun ki acted as a female. hes sooo pretty!! honestly, hes the most beautiful male actor ive seen. did i say that in the previous blog? i probably did...
anyways, remember i mentioned that there was someone i liked who doesnt know men in previous blogs? i think that's over. it was so temporary. anyways, that person messaged me and asked me who i was. i just said someone in churchill.
oh u should listen to his songs. here are the links.

AM. yes, i slept from 7:30 to now. but i finished my girl today. im sooo happy the got back together. you know, i cried at least 7 times in this show, and you don't know how hard i laughed. my favourite actor is lee jun ki (same as karen), but my favourite character is soel gong chan. lee jun ki is vveeeeeery good looking, but has slitty eyes. actually, hes not handsome at all, just HOT!!! yahhhh!! i liked the character he played in "my girl", but the main character was better. soel gong chan is handsome, wealthy, hard-working, smart, and what matters is that he likes the girl main character. :D
im gonna watch...oh darn forgot the name...a movie which lee jun ki starred as a girl...tomorrow. oh lee jun ki could sing. really sing. and dance. hes soo good at it!!! thats probably why he has so many fans. i mean, he even has fans out here in america! like me and karen for example. well, i didnt confirm that karen is his fan, but shes obsessed with him enough. and u can check the "i love lee jun ki" group from facebook. there are 7 groups, 1 group with 300 people in it. all those ppl speak english, or else they wouldnt join the english forum.

i sooo happy!!!!! about soel gong chan and ju yoo rin. yay i remembered their names!! well, lee jun ki's character is lee __ hae, but that doesnt matter!!! oh heres a picture. yay!!! lee jung ki!!!!!!!!!!!

Extentions
there are no extentions for lesson 24.

Family Reflections
Review the effectiveness of Z's communication in the video. What are examples of the ways your family communicates with one another effectively? In what instances are your family's communications ineffective?
My familiy really bursts out when they're angry, but we communicate to each other quite effectively. Like most other teens, I try not listen to my mom when she yells at me, but she still gets her point into my head.

Term 3 Blog #9

yay!!! i went to this drama thing today .. it was quite boring actually. but afterwards, my mom bought me clothes!!! its all because my dad uses the phone so much that when the show was over, we were unable to get throught to him (so that he could pick us up). we ended up buying clothes for me.
and that was basically my day, other than playing piano for two hours. my teacher assigned me a song by chopin that i really like, and i kept on playing it.

Family Reflections

What are some of the nonverbal ways your family communicates, e.g.., body language & attitude? How do you all interpret those signals?

For Further Thought

It made trade easier than it had been under the barter system. Money could be traded with anything, so that would naturally be better.
b. Why do you think the idea of a just price became less important in the late Middle Ages?
I think the people are making less money than they're supposed to, so the Church decided not to use the just price. Also, the Church decided that it was not immoral to charge a larger amount thant just the price of raw materials and a bit of profit.
c. Why do you think the Church relaxed its ban on usury in the 1300s?
It's for the same reason as letter b. They did not think it was immoral anymore, and people were using ways to avoid the rule that equaled to making interest.
4. Expressing an Opinion
Some people today consider the Middle Ages an "age of faith". Do you agree? Explain.
I do not agree. Faith to the Church is just obeying the priest/pope like a dog. I like to think with my own head, not obey orders. Even if I am under the leadship of somebody, I use my head and think about whether it is right or not before I do it. The Crusaders is an example of this. They just followed the Church and killed millions of innocent Jews and Muslims.
