phew!! i got 55% on my science fair proposal but i still got an A for science. *flicks sweat off forehead* im glad. well, i know i wont get straight A's because i did so badly on the basketball skill testing. but at least i'll get straight A's except for PE. that's good. I'll get on the honor rolls to o..
it was a pretty good day today. since the tests are over, i dont have much homework. actually, i didnt get any homework at all today, only the ones from yesterday. i have to finish the french worksheet and read chapters 6 to 12 for english. it isnt much. i'll start reading when my parents get home. oh darn i still have to play piano today. and doing premier go is just annoying. i mean, it counts for marks, so u have to do them, but you might forget because nobody talks about it and theres no reminder that u have to do it. oh joy just told me that she couldnt find lesson 13 on the preimer go extentions. i'll ask mr. olson after i finish this blog.
well, in orchestra, we're gonna have 3 concerts in the coming weeks. one to this hospital where people are immobolized / paralized (is that how to spell it?) and i dont noe where our other concerts will be talking place.
i actually think karen and me got better, much better, at playing violin. now, at least we could keep up with the speed. when we just started, we had now idea which part our classmates were playing. n we figured out 2nd position all by ourselves, isnt that great? we totally rock! and wats more, i got a higher mark than yan got for the test on etude uh...24, i think it was 24, not sure. he got a C+, n i got an A, in ur face! n he takes violin lessons...
the etudes are pretty easy though. i guess the reason karen and i rock at etudes is because we play piano. for those who dont play the piano, they forget to do a sharp or a flat, but if u played it on piano, u'll know what u played wrong. i mean, i just won't sound right to our ears. also, the etudes arent very fast, so we get really high on the etude tests.
